The team consists of four Masters:
Wok • BBQ • Chopper • Dim Sum
The Peking Duck is served in three styles: Crispy duck skin with pancakes followed by wok-fried minced duck breast wrapped with lettuce and finally, Duck soup with tofu, mushrooms, and Chinese cabbage.
Shang Palace offers two private rooms - Tang and Qing Ming - for you to enjoy a private Michelin-starred dining service.
